HELSINKI/VIENNA, 11 July 2025 — Today we mark 30 years since the July 1995 genocide in Srebrenica, when more than 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men and boys were brutally killed and buried in mass graves. We honour the memory of the victims and extend our sincere condolences to their families. We continue to stand in solidarity with the survivors.

PARIS, 3 July 2025 — OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu concluded his official visit to Paris where he met with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noël Barrot, and other high-level officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Elysée Palace.

OSLO, 13 June 2025 — OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu concluded today his first official visit to Norway, where he held meetings with high-level officials and delivered the keynote speech in the international seminar "Security and Cooperation in a Europe at War — The 50th Anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act”, held at the Norwegian Parliament to mark the 50th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act.

Wilhelm Höynck, who served as the OSCE’s first Secretary General, passed away on 15 May 2025.

VIENNA, 29 April 2025- OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu concluded his first official visits to Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan today, reaffirming the Organization's strong commitment to peace, security and stability in the South Caucasus.
