Germany

Germany has been active in the CSCE and the OSCE since 1973, when the Federal Republic of Germany and the then-German Democratic Republic participated in the CSCE negotiation process and signed the 1975 Helsinki Final Act. In 1990, Germany reunified and became a single country. Germany is represented by a Permanent Mission to the OSCE in Vienna.
