25th Winter Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will hold its 25th Winter Meeting in Vienna on 19–20 February 2026 at the Congress Center Hofburg. Hundreds of parliamentarians from across the OSCE region will gather to address critical issues in security, human rights, democracy, and economic and environmental challenges.

The event fosters dialogue between parliamentary and governmental OSCE branches and prepares for the 33rd Annual Session in The Hague in July. Opening addresses include those from Austrian National Council President Walter Rosenkranz, Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk, OSCE PA President Pere Joan Pons, and OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu.

Highlights also include keynote speeches at the general debate “Human Rights as a Basis for Security” by Danish Parliament Speaker Søren Gade and PACE President Petra Bayr.
