The Ukrainian Catholic University, in cooperation with the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine, invites applications for the 4th International Law Summer School in Lviv. The Summer School aims to equip future legal professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to protect human rights and apply international law in times of armed conflict and its aftermath. 

Lectures will be delivered by Ukrainian and international experts in international law, human rights, and transitional justice, representing international organizations, academic institutions, and legal practice. 

Applicants must be students enrolled in law or international relations programmes who have completed an introductory course in international law, or postgraduate students in legal disciplines (law, international law or international relations). Fluency in English is required.

The application deadline is Wednesday, 5 August 2026, by 23:59 Kyiv time.

Please note that the selection of Summer School students will ensure geographic and gender diversity and guarantee, as far as possible, the participation of students representing institutions of higher legal education located in the regions affected by hostilities. All travel, accommodation, and food expenses of the selected participants of the Summer School will be covered by the organizers.
