Analysts of the Albanian State Police’s Financial Analysis Unit strengthened their skills in detecting and investigating suspicious financial transactions during a four-day training organized by the OSCE Presence in Albania from 17 to 20 November 2025.

On 10 November 2025, the OSCE Presence in Albania brought together 30 prosecutors and judicial police officers from Durrës and Elbasan for a training course on “Cybercrime, electronic evidence, human rights and data protection.”

Thirty Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK) and Special Courts legal advisors and judicial secretaries strengthened their professional skills in legal research, legal reasoning and legal writing during a training course organized by the OSCE Presence in Albania in co-operation with SPAK and Special Courts on 5 and 6 November 2025.

Prosecutors, investigators and law enforcement officials from across Albania came together in Lalëz on 29–30 October 2025 for a two-day training on anti-money laundering and anti-corruption measures. Thirteen forensic document experts from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia strengthened their technical expertise and training skills at a training-of-trainers course organized by the OSCE Transnational Threats Department, in close co-operation with the OSCE Presence in Albania, Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mission to Skopje from 06 to 10 October in Tirana, Albania.

A delegation of 29 Austrian judges- members of the European Association of Administrative Judges and the Austrian Association of Administrative Judges- carried out a two-day study visit to Albania, on 2 and 3 October 2025, with the support of the OSCE Presence. The programme introduced the delegation to key Albanian justice institutions and concluded with a high-level roundtable on comparative perspectives of administrative justice between Albania and Austria.
